Cakes That I baked for the New Year's Eve

Here I am after a long break.  Had been to my native for my Niece's wedding.  I would like to show you some of the cakes I baked for the new year.  I know its late but anyway just do have a look..........  This was a recipe I took from Divya's easycooking. 

The cornflour cake was not all that good, but yes the eggless cake did taste good.

I underestimated on the time and hence this little black design on the top of the cake?!!

This is a little bit of smocking that I have tried out........

A door mat made with some left over material, designed again with some waste pieces of Badhini cloth.

A rug made with Jute material, on which I have done some patch work.  This is again some recycling done!!

The Little Frocks I made

This is a Body Frock with simple gathers. It is made from a blouse piece.

A Yolk Frock made with about 1/4 meter of cloth.

An 'A'Line Frock, very very simple to make.

Romper with a Jaddi, this is slightly complicated but not difficult.............
